"Buckaroo Steak"
"Buckaroo Steak" started as pure nostalgia for those dimly lit steakhouses that took themselves way too seriously. The kind of places where everything was wood-paneled and the atmosphere was thicker than the smoke.
I wanted to capture that specific moment in time, the colors, the typography, the earnest masculinity of it all. There's something both ridiculous and charming about how those places presented themselves.
This is a love letter wrapped in gentle satire, celebrating an era of dining that knew exactly what it was, and owned it completely.
